Oral liquid filling production line: composed of QCL series vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine, ASMR series tunnel type hot air circulation sterilization oven, YGZ series oral liquid filling and capping machine, etc., suitable for the production of oral liquid bottles of different specifications such as 2-25ml. It can complete the linkage operation of ampoule spraying, ultrasonic cleaning, flushing, inflation, drying sterilization, cooling, filling, capping and other process steps in drug production.

The bottle washing machine adopts a mechanical arm to clamp bottles, suitable for various specifications of bottles;

The bottle cleaning adopts a water vapor spray needle reciprocating tracking insertion method, which has good cleaning effect and saves energy. And equipped with a needle holder anti shake device to improve the accuracy of needle insertion into the bottle and reduce the occurrence of needle breakage;

The entire water and gas pipeline and spray needle for bottle washing are independently separated to avoid cross contamination and comply with GMP standards;

◆ Install a buffer block before the bottle washing machine enters the bottle screw, which has a protective screw to reduce the effect of bottle breakage;

The bottle washing machine adopts an imported synchronous belt for bottle discharge, which is connected to a block for conveying oral liquid, and runs stably and reliably;

The oven adopts infrared heating tubes, and the double-layer heating temperature uniformity of stainless steel heating tubes is good;

The filling and capping machine can be equipped with ceramic pumps and stainless steel pumps;

The touch screen can display the operating status of each individual machine, as well as the water pressure, air pressure, air pressure, temperature, and other indicators of each control point

Turn off status and fault display, self diagnosis and analysis of faults, and troubleshooting methods. To achieve automated control of the entire production process, the production line is equipped with a three machine automatic balancing device to ensure balanced and reliable production.
