Indicators and Configuration
Tank system: Made of imported SUS316L high-quality stainless steel, with * inside the tank; Adopting a large angle liquid level observation mirror inside the tank, a 12V safety sight light is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and the inner and outer surfaces are treated with polished mirror surfaces, with a polishing accuracy of Ra0.4; Reduce the chance of bacterial infection and make it easy to clean; Liquid filling coefficient of 70%, process structure, simple operation.

Mixing system: using direct coupled mechanical mixing, adopting a tank top mechanical seal system, British mechanical seal (John Crane), high-performance mixing blade, defoaming blade, AC speed regulating motor, stepless speed regulation, high-power variable speed mechanism to ensure stable mixing and smooth operation without the need for lubricating oil, fully automatic setting control range of 50-1000 rpm; Rated speed ± 1%.

PH control: Swiss Mettler electrodes (compatible with high-quality domestic electrodes) are used, and the peristaltic pump automatically adds acid and alkali to accurately control pH. The display range is 0.00~14.00 ± 0.01, and the fully automatic control range is 2.00~12.00 ± 0.05.

Control system: Single tank can use BIOTECH-2002 biological process controller supplemented with BIOTECH-FCS fermentation monitoring software, which allows you to observe fermentation changes on-site and remotely monitor the fermentation process; If multiple or multi-stage fermentation tanks are used, BIOTECH-3000/7000/8000/9000 biological process controllers can be used to achieve more measurement and control functions.
