The PH580 Chinese Industrial PH/ORP Meter is a brand new PH high intelligence transmitter with LCD display and full Chinese menu. The transmitter converts electrode signals into standard electrical signals and can output 4-20mA analog signals, upper and lower limit alarm control signals, RS485 digital communication, etc. Display temperature, PH/ORP value, time, status and other parameters on the same screen. Widely used for continuous monitoring of various water quality pH in industries such as power, chemical, environmental protection, medicine, and food.
PH/ORP meter adopts the principle of electrochemistry and uses a working battery composed of a measuring electrode sensitive to changes in solution pH and a reference electrode with a constant potential to achieve online measurement of pH. The electrode signal is buffered and processed by a high impedance operational amplifier and converted into a digital signal, which is transmitted to the controller. The built-in microcomputer circuit of the controller obtains the pH value by measuring the battery voltage.
Maintenance of the transmitter: The main task is to clean the transmitter, inspect its appearance, and check for any damage to the cables. The transmitter is an electronic device, and an unsuitable usage environment may cause damage to the transmitter.
1. Using the instrument in an environment above 60 ℃ may cause damage to the instrument.
2. Incorrect power supply or power fluctuations can cause damage to the instrument.
3. Collisions or drops of instruments can cause damage to the instruments.
4. Moisture, corrosion, and air pollution can cause damage to instruments.
Cleaning of transmitter: Ensure that the transmitter cover is tightly closed and use a clean damp cloth to wipe the outside of the transmitter.
Transmitter inspection: Regularly check whether the instrument is working properly, regularly inspect whether the panel, terminals, switches, buttons, etc. are dirty, and clean and blow them clean if necessary.
