One Application Overview

This series of vacuum emulsification tanks/vacuum stirring tanks are fully sealed, vertically structured sanitary and clean container equipment. They use high-speed rotating shear wheels and shear stationary wheels of a high shear emulsifier to mix, disperse, emulsify, and homogenize the mixed liquid and mixture thoroughly and quickly in the tank. Widely used in industries such as food (dairy) products, beverages, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, pigments, etc., it greatly improves production efficiency and material quality, especially for additives such as CMC, adhesives, and powders that are difficult to dissolve. The equipment structure can adopt various structural forms such as single-layer, insulation, and jacket (which can be heated and cooled) according to the process requirements.

II Equipment structural characteristics

The stirring and emulsification process is carried out under fully sealed conditions, effectively preventing dust and microorganisms from contaminating the product.

2. The tank is in a vacuum state, allowing the bubbles generated during the mixing process of the material to be promptly removed.

3. Suitable diameter to height ratio design, energy-saving, fast material mixing, high emulsification and homogenization efficiency.

4. Online CIP cleaning and SIP sterilization (121 ℃/0.1MPa).

5. Feed: Liquid material is sucked into the tank through the conveying pipeline in a vacuum state; Discharge: Vacuum suction or pressurized discharge is possible.

6. Mirror polishing treatment on the surface of the tank body (roughness Ra ≤ 0.6 μ m); All process openings such as inlet and outlet pipes, sight glasses, manholes, etc., and the welding points of the inner tank body are made using the stretching and flanging process arc transition, which is smooth and easy to clean *, ensuring the reliability and stability of the production process, and complying with the requirements of "GMP" and other specifications.

7. The top of the tank is equipped with a sight light/mirror, and the side of the tank is equipped with a mirror for operators to observe the mixing of materials at any time.
