The main structure consists of grinding head components and base transmission parts; The dedicated motor consists of three parts. So, the selection must be different based on the properties of the materials being processed. But the materials are all made of stainless steel or special materials. The motor needs to be specially designed according to different models, and a water blocking plate should be installed at the flange end of the motor to prevent leakage.
  Sanitary grade split colloid millGrinding operation:
1. Use a random wrench to slowly rotate the gap adjustment sleeve clockwise (viewed from above).
When there is slight friction between the fixed teeth and the rotating teeth, it is set as the "0" point, and the gap between the fixed teeth and the rotating teeth is zero. Use a random wrench to rotate the clearance adjustment sleeve counterclockwise (from a top view) and confirm that the rotation factor is not in contact with the fixed teeth.
4. Press the start button and observe from above that the rotation direction of the rotor should be clockwise.
5. Rinse once with injection water or 0.9% sodium chloride solution.
6. Pour a small amount of material to be ground into the hopper, adjust the gap adjustment sleeve, and determine the grinding gap.
7. After adjusting the gap, tighten the wrench and lock the gap adjustment sleeve.
8. Slowly pour the material to be ground into the feeding hopper for formal grinding.
9. Load the ground material into a clean material bucket.
10. After the grinding is completed, rinse with purified water or cleaning agent. Only after the residual material and cleaning agent are discharged, can the machine be stopped and the power be cut off.

1. Disassemble the feeding hopper.
2. Disassemble the discharge nozzle and discharge pipe.
3. Loosen the random wrench, rotate the clearance adjustment sleeve counterclockwise, and remove the fixed teeth and clearance adjustment sleeve.
4. Loosen the fixing bolts on the rotating spindle and remove the rotating teeth from the rotating spindle.
