After replacing different filter media and liquids, the flow rate varies, so production units generally use filter presses with larger flow rates for filtration first.
2、 Instructions for use
1. When using, rinse repeatedly with 3-5% sodium carbonate solution, then rinse with clean water, and disinfect to measure the pH value within the allowable range.
2. Check if the silicone ring of the filter is properly inserted and flat to prevent water leakage. The thin filter material can be moistened with distilled water and attached to the mesh surface. The filter plate should be placed inside the silicone ring and pressed tightly against the top plate.
3. When starting the infusion pump, first close the inlet valve, then start it, pay attention to the direction of power rotation, gradually find the required pressure for the inlet valve, and discharge the air, then it can be filtered. The general working pressure is<0.1~0.2MPa.
4. When using, attention should be paid to the rate of increase and sudden decrease of the pressure surface to determine whether the filter material is blocked or broken.
5. When stopping the pump, the inlet valve should be subtracted first to prevent sudden fluid backflow from damaging the filter material. Then, the pump should be stopped and the air bolt should be opened. After the filtrate is completely drained, the top plate should be loosened to replace the filter material and clean it.
6. If the machine adopts microporous membrane precision filtration, the feed liquid must be selected with coarse filter material, and used after pre filtration to avoid clogging the membrane and affecting the filtration quality.
7. This machine is suitable for filtering media such as gauze, linen, cotton cloth, silk cloth, canvas, nylon silk, filter paper, slate, microporous membrane, and ultrafiltration membrane.
