The EV-20 vacuum feeder is a vacuum conveyor that uses an electric vacuum pump as a vacuum source. With this automatic feeder, materials can be directly fed from the container into the mixer, reaction kettle, hopper, tablet press, packaging machine, vibrating screen, granulator, wet granulation machine, dry granulation machine, and crusher. At present, it is a well-established vacuum conveying equipment for powdered and granular materials in China.
Powder vertical conveying equipmentworking principle
The EV-20 vacuum feeder uses a vortex air pump to extract air, keeping the inlet of the suction nozzle and the entire system in a certain negative pressure state. The powder particles are sucked into the nozzle along with the external air, forming a material airflow, which passes through the suction pipe to reach the hopper, where gas and material are separated. The separated materials enter the receiving equipment. Feeding and discharging are achieved by continuously opening and closing the pneumatic directional valve, which is controlled by the control center. The vacuum feeder is equipped with a compressed air blowback device. Each time the material is discharged, the compressed air pulse blowback the filter to knock down the powder adsorbed on the surface of the filter, ensuring that the suction can operate normally. The vacuum feeder for material level control automatically feeds the material in the hopper of the receiving equipment through a level gauge. When the hopper of the feeding equipment is higher than a certain position, the vacuum feeder stops operating and enters standby mode; When the material level is below a certain position, the vacuum feeder automatically starts to complete the feeding of the receiving equipment.
