Spray dryer is a kind of continuous atmospheric pressure dryer. Spray the liquid material into a mist using special equipment, and dry it by contacting it with hot air. Used for drying some heat sensitive liquids, suspensions, and viscous liquids, as well as for drying fuels, intermediates, soap powders, and inorganic salts. Generally, it includes electric blast drying oven, vacuum drying oven, high-speed centrifugal spray dryer and sterile spray dryer. Working principle of pressure type spray cooling dryer

The working process of this unit involves the high-pressure input of material liquid through a diaphragm pump, spraying mist like droplets, and then flowing down in parallel with hot air. Most of the powder particles are collected by the bottom discharge port of the tower, and the exhaust gas and its small powder are separated by a cyclone separator. The exhaust gas is discharged by a suction fan, and the powder is collected by a pollination tube located at the lower end of the cyclone separator. The fan outlet can also be equipped with a secondary dust removal device, with a recovery rate of over 96-98%.

The drying speed is fast, and the surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased after atomization. In the hot air flow, 95% -98% of the water can be evaporated in an instant, and the drying time only needs tens of seconds to tens of seconds.
