This machine meets the requirements of GMP, and the contact area between the whole machine and the bottle is made of 316L and 304 materials. It is suitable for cleaning the inside and outside of small capacity glass bottles such as 5-30ml oral liquid bottles.

Firstly, place the bottles to be washed onto the bottle supply conveyor belt of this machine. The conveyor belt drives the bottles into the water tank and uses tap water or ionized water for rough ultrasonic washing. After the bottles are subjected to ultrasonic cavitation, foreign objects attached to the bottles are removed. Then the bottle is automatically loaded onto the bottle through the non-uniform screw collaborative lifting mechanism. The robotic arm flips the bottle 180 degrees, with the bottle mouth facing downwards, to flush the outer wall of the bottle, preventing foreign objects from entering the bottle, and then entering the inner wall flushing station. The needle is automatically inserted into the bottle for water and air pressure precision washing and drying. After cleaning, the bottle is sent out of the machine by the bottle discharge wheel mechanism to complete the bottle cleaning work.

The water and gas pipelines of this machine are independent of each other and have pressure control, which not only ensures the required water and gas pressure for bottle cleaning (when the water and gas pressure does not reach the set value, the equipment will automatically stop and alarm), but also avoids cross contamination of various pipelines. Moreover, the cleaning area of the equipment is isolated from the power area, and it also has the function of online cleaning of the parts in contact with the bottle.
The whole machine adopts high-precision color touch screen operation monitoring, PLC automatic control, automatic protection, and imported products for frequency conversion and speed regulation of the host. It can automatically control and monitor the water level and temperature of the host transmission system, bottle inlet and outlet system, and circulating water system, and connect with the rear channel for mutual control. The bottle washing process adopts fully automatic control.
