Product advantages:

2. By simply replacing the working head, the equipment can achieve functions such as Eumix (stirring), Hishear (dispersion, homogenization, emulsification), Jetmixers (flow mixing), and PLM (solid-liquid dispersion mixing).

3. The equipment is equipped with a high-speed variable frequency motor, which starts with variable frequency when turned on to protect the equipment. The speed can be adjusted and displayed.

Use case:

1. Completing O/W emulsification with Hishear working head

Place the aqueous phase into the container and adjust the speed to6000rpm， Slowly add the oil phase and run for 10 minutes to complete emulsification.

2. Complete xanthan gum dissolution with Jetmixers working head

Add xanthan gum to water, adjust the speed to 4500rpm, and run for 15 minutes to dissolve it.

3. Complete pigment dispersion with Eumix toothed disc working head

Add the pigment to the resin and adjust the speed to3000rpm， Disperse after running for 15 minutes
