Working Principle:

Intermittent vacuum emulsifier refers to the use of high shear emulsifiers to quickly and uniformly distribute one or more phases into another continuous phase while the material is in a vacuum state. It utilizes the strong kinetic energy brought by machinery to subject the material to hundreds of thousands of hydraulic shear cycles per minute in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor. Through the combined effects of centrifugal extrusion, impact, tearing, and other processes, the emulsion is instantly and uniformly dispersed. Through high-frequency cycles, high-quality products with no bubbles, delicate texture, and stability are obtained.

1》 The soft seal between the mechanical seal and the kettle body allows the material to be operated under vacuum.

2》 The kettle body can be heated by electricity, steam, and oil-water circulation.

3》 The temperature detection device on the kettle body ensures temperature control, and the inner disc tube of the jacket can achieve cooling.

4》 The inner wall of the kettle is precision machined by a large vertical lathe, ensuring that the movable scraper scrapes off the materials on the inner wall and bottom of the kettle when rotating.

5》 Another set of high-speed dispersers inside the kettle subject various materials to strong shear and dispersion mixing.

6》 The stirring slurry inside the kettle and the rotation of the high-speed disperser are both controlled by frequency conversion, and different speeds can be selected according to different processes and viscosities.

Equipment parameters:

Composed of tank body, mixing device, and intermittent high shear emulsifier. A slow mixer is composed of a central blade agitator and a frame agitator that can mix high viscosity. A scraper is installed around the frame agitator to continuously create new interfaces between the container wall and the material, without leaving any dead corners. The high-speed homogenizer emulsifier is composed of a high-speed rotating impeller and a stator with radial flow channels. The specially designed upper and lower blades of the impeller rotate at high speed, so that the material is sucked in at high pressure from the upper and lower parts of the impeller, and then ejected at high speed by centrifugal force through the impeller. Due to the small gap between the impeller and the stator, the material undergoes a series of complex physical reactions such as strong shear, compression, mixing, spraying, and high-frequency oscillation during the process of being sucked in and thrown out, thus fully emulsifying the mixed material.
