One Equipment Introduction

1. Feeding system

2. Heating system

3. Atomization system
Including atomization tower, forced distributor, vibration hammer, outlet air temperature sensor, tower pressure sensor
Send the hot air into the forced distributor and exit through the uniform air plate of the atomization tower. Fully contact with hot air and quickly dry.
The pressure sensor reflects the tower pressure and the comprehensive parameters of the atomization system. The vibrating hammer can knock down the material on the wall of the conical barrel by means of pulses. The export temperature sensor reflects the temperature of the dried material and carrier medium hot air.
Pressure sensor: It reflects the pressure inside the tower. If the pressure is lower than the set value, the system will alarm and display the sealing of the detection pipeline and lens door. When the pressure is higher than the set value, please check for bag blockage.
Vibratory hammer: Vibrate the inner wall of the atomization tower cone barrel to drop the material on the inner wall of the cone barrel to the bottom of the tower.
Powder Conveyor: Feed the material at the bottom of the tower into the single cone system.
4. Material collection system
Includes bag filter, bag pulse shaker, differential pressure gauge, and cyclone isolated powder conveyor.
Differential pressure gauge: clamped at both ends of the bag dust collector to detect if the bag is congested. When the differential pressure gauge value is greater than the set value, an alarm is triggered and a prompt is given to replace the bag

II System features:

5. Install a pressure gauge inside the tower. When the pressure inside the tower is in a slight negative pressure state and exceeds the set value, an alarm will be triggered to remind the system that it is not sealed.
6. In order to effectively clean the materials, the system is equipped with air hammers, straight tube air hammers, cone bucket air hammers, cyclone air hammers, bag bag straight tube air hammers, and bag cone bucket air hammers.
