Due to the use of a cold trap with an ice capture capacity of up to 8kg and an ice capture surface area more than twice that of similar freeze-drying machines, sublimation water can be condensed more quickly.

*The sample tray heating function (standard for pilot and production freeze-drying machines) can accelerate and control the sublimation speed of ice crystals in the sample, achieving rapid freeze-drying effect. The 24-hour freezing capacity can reach 6kg, greatly reducing the experimental time.

It can automatically turn on. If an unexpected power outage occurs during operation, the freeze-drying machine will automatically save the freeze-drying program data and continue to run the unfinished freeze-drying program after detecting power restoration;
The system has sound and light alarm function. Any abnormality in the system will automatically sound an alarm, and the cause of the fault will be automatically determined. The user will be informed of the alarm reason in digital form on the screen;
Can be equipped with LYOLOGGER software, which can be connected to a computer to generate freeze-drying curves and save freeze-drying data.
