1、 QDrop-100 Digital PCR SystemTechnical Principle

Digital PCR (dPCR) technology is currently an advanced third-generation absolute quantification technique for nucleic acid molecules. The basic principle is to uniformly disperse the PCR reaction system into tens of thousands of independent reaction units, and after amplification, perform Poisson distribution statistical analysis on the fluorescence signals of each reaction unit. Compared to gPCR, digital PCR can directly count the number of DNA molecules and has the characteristics of high sensitivity and absolute quantification.
