Features

The structure of the sterilizer mainly consists of a medicine barrel, a reaction tank, a collection box, etc.

PLC with touch screen control, easy to operate, can record the process information of automatic operation of the sterilizer.

Formaldehyde solution reacts chemically with potassium permanganate to rapidly release formalin gas for disinfection and sterilization.

The sterilizer automatically adds medication according to program parameters for chemical reactions, while detecting the pressure and temperature values inside the reaction tank to ensure safe operation.

After the work inside the sterilizer reaction tank is completed, the reaction tank body is automatically flushed to remove reaction products and flushing wastewater to the collection tank.

Equipped with a formaldehyde concentration detector, it can detect and record the formaldehyde concentration values reached in the space for disinfection and sterilization operations.
