YMC can provide chromatography columns of various sizes, from analytical to preparative, with various fillers such as silica gel and ODS. On the basis of the high-pressure preparation liquid chromatography function, a new design and software development have been carried out to meet the full use of medium and low pressure chromatography columns, glass tube columns, etc., thus giving birth to the world's first medium and high pressure compatible product LC Fort/R.
The maximum flow rate is 50mL/min!!! Not only can it perform cyclic preparation, but it also has the function of 2-liquid low-pressure gradient mixing.
From rough separation of samples to high purification separation, one device can fully cover them.

Touch screen control/spectrum representation

Equipped with a 10.4-inch large screen color LCD touch screen, the device is intuitive, flexible, and convenient to operate! Standard spectrum representation software, no need for additional recorders, and can also save large amounts of data.

Sample injector

Both manual (syringe injection) and automatic (aspiration injection) injection methods are standard configurations. When injecting small amounts of samples, manual injection can be used, and when injecting large amounts continuously, continuous suction injection can be used. For the large-scale processing of the same sample, precise continuous and repeated suction injection is very effective and labor-saving.

MPLC function

The function of applying suction injection is controlled through newly developed software. And through high-performance switching valves, gradient elution of two liquid mixtures can be performed. The combination of HPLC and MPLC is currently the first attempt in the industry. The provision of high-performance chromatography columns and packing materials is also a comprehensive product supply that only YMC can achieve! Truly achieving the function of "one machine with dual effects".
When purchasing LC Rote/R for the first time, a Dispo chromatography column for testing will be included.

Compact&High Configuration

LC Fort/F concentrates all the functions required for preparation within its compact body. Specifically, it includes recycling function, automatic injection&replay operation, automatic cleaning function, PC control function (※ optional), simultaneous display of 4 spectra, etc.
After connecting the device to a PC, the application software for remote air operation through Android terminal devices is currently under development.

Front maintenance contact

Regular maintenance is necessary for a more proficient and efficient use of the preparative chromatography system. LC Fort/R designs pumps, detectors, etc. in front of devices that are easy to remove from the front, facilitating maintenance and component replacement work.

Liquid delivery pump

Adopting YMC's independently developed side electric drive pump. Achieved stable liquid delivery and high pressure resistance performance. The maximum flow rate is 50mL/min and the maximum pressure resistance is 30MPa. And larger inner diameter chromatography columns can be used.

Variable 3-wavelength detector

UV detector is standard configuration
LC Fort/R is equipped with a newly developed variable 3-wavelength UV detector (YUV-3400). Expanded the range of liquid phase usage and selectivity of chromatographic columns. Therefore, there is no need to worry about the choice of wavelength, and the sample can be directly injected, making it very suitable for the separation and preparation of natural substances. In addition, by using it together with a differential refractive index detector, the detection of important samples will not be missed.
YMC-3400 can be reduced in size. Customers can choose only RI detector or YUR-2540 as the configuration.
The YUR-2540, which integrates a fixed wavelength ultraviolet detector and a differential refractive index detector, has a very high cost-effectiveness and is highly praised by university research institutions.

PC Control&Software

We have adopted a more user-friendly high-performance LC Force/R dedicated control software. A PC that can be connected externally and operated on the same interface as the device itself. Not only can it perform quantitative, area calculation, GPC measurement and other data analysis, but it can also be linked with the fraction collector to achieve fully automated preparation.
The application software for remote air operation through Android terminal devices is currently under development.
