ZYK630 typeAnti rotation level switch, used for full tank monitoring, intermediate quantity monitoring, and empty tank monitoring. It has significant characteristics such as good sealing, strong overload capacity, large contact capacity, and simple installation. For materials with different densities, appropriate blades can be selected and the tension of the spring can be adjusted to achieve the best match. It has been widely used in various fields such as chemical engineering, plastics, cement, food, pharmaceuticals, printing and dyeing, and feed.


The anti rotation level switch uses a low-speed gear motor to drive a rotating measuring blade. When the material comes into contact with the rotating blade, the rotation stops, causing a relay contact to close. When the blade is no longer covered by material, rotation will resume and the relay will return to its normal state.




1. Resistance rotary level switch, mainly used for detecting or controlling non permeable powder and granular materials in open containers. Not suitable for use in pressure sealed containers and environments with materials that leak.
2. The position of the blade should avoid the lower part of the feed inlet and the dead material area of the silo. To prevent the impact of materials during use, a protective plate should be installed above the detection blade. If an extended shaft is used for vertical installation, a protective sleeve should be installed or the position of the blades and flexible shaft should not be directly impacted by the material. When measuring multiple points, the distance between each level gauge should be appropriately widened to avoid the entanglement of flexible shafts.
To avoid the infiltration of rainwater into the outdoor environment, when installing on the side, the outlet should be vertically downward and the upper cover should be tightened vertically. If possible, consider installing a rain cover during installation.
