1、 Purpose:
The ear length, ear thickness, stem thickness, and stem leaf angle of crops are the basic parameters of crop phenotype, and their manual measurement and acquisition work is heavy. The rice and wheat ear measuring instrument system utilizes machine vision intelligent recognition technology to efficiently obtain accurate measurement results, providing a basis for breeding and material selection.
2、 Main technical indicators
1. Use an autofocus 8-megapixel camera with a large depth of field to capture images, which are automatically recognized and calculated by software.
2. ★ It can automatically measure the parameters of rice ear length, stem thickness, and stem leaf angle, as well as the ear length and diameter of wheat, millet, sorghum, and other crops.
3. ★ Automatic recognition triggered after stable placement of spikes, single spike automatic measurement ≤ 2 seconds (* fast can measure 30 spike lengths/minute). Alternatively, an external barcode gun or keyboard can be used to input the sample number to trigger photography and measurement.
4. The repeated measurement error of spike length is ≤± 0.5mm, the repeated measurement error of stem thickness is ≤± 0.3mm, and the repeated measurement error of stem leaf angle is ≤± 1 °.
5. Set parameters with memory and reusability. It can automatically remove the interference of rice awning length.
6. Measurement limit values can be set, and the voice will automatically report the screening and recognition results (if the spike length, stem thickness, and stem leaf angle exceed the limit, it will be reported as OK, but if not, it will be reported as NG).
7. It can store tens of thousands of images and their corresponding data, and wirelessly access the internet to remotely send images and result data.
