The DPH-260H roller plate high-speed blister packaging machine is a specialized equipment for blister type aluminum (PTP)/plastic (PVC), aluminum (PTP)/tropical aluminum composite sealing packaging of drugs (tablets, capsules), food, medical devices, health products, electronic components and similar materials. Due to the use of positive pressure forming and rolling heat sealing, it has the characteristics of firm blister and flat plate. Its punching frequency can reach up to 180 times per minute, which is about 4-5 times higher than that of ordinary blister packaging machines. It combines the advantages of flat and drum bubble wrap packaging machines, and is equipped with a special dedicated tablet feeder (or an automatic capsule turning machine). It has the characteristics of high punching frequency, low energy consumption, accurate and stable action, convenient mold replacement, and high yield. Especially, it can adapt to various shaped drugs and greatly improve the production efficiency of various sections.

Body cleaning: Use a dust-free cloth to wipe the surface of the equipment, remove residues such as powder and aluminum shavings, and avoid contaminating the next batch of products.

Mold cleaning: Use compressed air to blow the molding mold, heat sealing roller, and punching mold to ensure that there are no residues blocking the air holes or cutting edges.

Waste disposal: Timely clean the waste collection box to prevent waste accumulation from affecting equipment operation.

Lubricating point refueling: Add food grade lubricating oil (such as white mineral oil) to moving parts such as chains, bearings, and guide rails, 1-2 drops per shift.

Tightening inspection: Check whether the bolts and nuts are loose, especially the fixing screws of the forming mold and heat sealing roller.

PVC/aluminum foil guide roller: Clean the surface of the guide roller weekly, adjust the tension, and avoid material deviation.

Heating system maintenance: Replace the heating tube annually (if aging causes uneven heating), clean the surface oxide layer of the heating plate, and ensure thermal conductivity efficiency.
