The nZP series rotary tablet press is a dual pressure automatic rotating, continuous tablet press machine that compresses granular raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used for tablet production in the pharmaceutical industry, and is also suitable for industrial sectors such as chemical, food, and electronics. This machine is suitable for pressing granular raw materials with a powder content (100 mesh or more) not exceeding 10%. It is not suitable for pressing semi-solid, wet particles, low melting point, moisture prone raw materials, and powder without particles.

The outer shell is fully enclosed and made of stainless steel, while the inner tabletop is made of stainless steel, which can maintain surface gloss and prevent cross contamination, meeting GMP requirements.

◆ZP-D seriesRotary tablet pressEasy to operate, smooth rotation, safe and accurate. Equipped with overload protection device, it can automatically shut down when the pressure is overloaded.

The transmission system is enclosed in the oil tank below the machine body and is a separate independent component that does not contaminate each other. It also allows the transmission part to be immersed in the oil pool, which is easy to dissipate heat and wear-resistant.

The machine is equipped with a vacuum cleaner, which can absorb and clean the dust flying in the suppression room.

◆ Designed with a measuring rail anti bounce structure, the machine has small differences in tablet weight during high-speed tablet pressing, making it stable and reliable. A forced pull down punch device is designed below the punch rod to prevent "hanging punch" during the pressing process.

A dust-proof sealing ring is designed in the lower turntable hole to reduce fine powder falling onto the lower punch rod during pressing, increase the lifespan of the punch rod, and prevent "sticking and punching".
