SXL-1030 is used for element analysis in various industrial and mining enterprises, colleges and universities, and research institutions. It can also be used for heating small steel parts during quenching, annealing, and tempering. It can also be used for high-temperature heating such as sintering, dissolution, and analysis of metals and ceramics. The box design is new and beautiful, using a matte spray coating. The inner side of the furnace door and the panel at the box mouth are made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring the durability of the instrument. Thirty segment microcomputer control with program, powerful programming function, can control heating rate, heating, constant temperature, multi band curve settings arbitrarily. Optional software can be connected to a computer to monitor and record temperature data, making reproducibility of any experiment possible. The instrument equipment is equipped with electric shock, leakage protection system, and second level automatic temperature protection function to ensure the safety of the user and the instrument

Furnace structure and materials used

Furnace shell material: The outer box shell is made of high-quality cold plate treated with phosphate film salt and sprayed with high-temperature plastic, with a color of computer gray;

Furnace liner material: Made of high aluminum liner, with good wear resistance, the high-temperature furnace heats up on all sides, including the upper, lower, left, and right sides;

Insulation method: insulation bricks and insulation cotton;

Temperature measuring port: The thermocouple enters from the upper back of the furnace body;

Terminal post: The heating furnace wire terminal post is located at the lower rear position of the furnace body;
