Product Description:
1. This series of containers has heating and insulation functions, and are manufactured, pressure tested, and accepted according to the "Technical Conditions for Steel Welded Containers".
2.The tank body is equipped with a liquid level gauge (non-contact ultrasonic, static pressure transmission or glass tube type), an air respirator, a sterilization steam port, a thermometer (digital or dial type), a CIP universal can washer, a light hole sight glass, a thousand inlet and outlet ports, and a manhole.
3. The sealing of the mixing shaft adopts imported sanitary mechanical seals, and the reducer can be selected from World Germany Flender or SEW. The mixing speed is 36-53 revolutions per minute. Variable frequency drive can also be used for control.
4. The interface adopts a universal ISO standard quick release chuck type, and the inner liner is made of imported 316L or 304.
