Sea sand dryer

The sea sand dryer, also known as the three pass dryer, can dry materials with low viscosity such as sand, river sand, yellow sand, sea sand, coal slurry, etc. It is a dryer that processes large amounts of materials. Unlike ordinary mining dryers, sea sand dryers have the characteristics of small size, small footprint, and low output. The sand excavated from the sea is fed into the silo by a shovel, and a disc feeder is installed below the silo. The sea sand is evenly fed into the belt conveyor through the disc feeder. The belt conveyor is connected to the hot air stove, and there is a quicksand pipe inside the hot air stove. The sea sand on the belt conveyor enters the sea sand dryer through the quicksand pipe, and after three rounds of movement in the dryer, the dust is absorbed by the dust collector. The sand enters the belt conveyor from the discharge end and then enters the vibrating screen. According to user needs, it can be equipped with vibrating screens such as first layer, second layer, and third layer, and finally different specifications of finished sand are screened out.
