QYS scraper automatic self-cleaning filter structure and working principle: The scraper self-cleaning filter is composed of a cylinder, a filter screen, a rolling cutter system, a pressure detection and industrial control computer system, and an automatic sewage system. The filter material medium enters the filter screen through the feeding port, and impurities larger than the gap between the filter screens are trapped on the filtering surface side of the screen. After the filter screen component runs for a certain period of time, that is, when the difference between the inlet pressure and the outlet pressure reaches the preset value (which can be an empirical value or a debugging value), the ABB-PLC controller automatically starts the reducer to work and drives the rotating scraper to remove dirt from the filter screen. The control system can automatically calculate the working time and direction of the scraper according to the degree of interception of different materials and impurities, and then automatically open the discharge valve to discharge and control the discharge time.
