Used for the sorting of disordered polyester bottles, the scattered and disorganized bottles are fed into the bottle storage circle of the bottle sorting machine through the elevator. With the push of the turntable, the bottles enter the bottle compartment and position themselves. Through the action of the bottle flipping device and airflow, the bottles are sorted into upright bottle mouths and output through the pneumatic bottle conveying system to enter the next process. This machine adopts PLC computer control, variable frequency speed regulation, adjusts production capacity, and is equipped with a removal device to automatically remove bottles that have been squeezed or deformed. The disorderly bottles are transported by the elevator to the bottle sorting turntable. With the thrust of the turntable, the bottles enter the bottle compartment and position themselves. Through high-speed flipping and belt assistance, and under the action of high-pressure gas, the bottles are sorted into upright bottle mouths, arranged in a certain order, and sequentially enter the next process filling machine conveyor line or other workstations for easy connection. Structure:

3. Use a hanging bottle mouth conveying duct to prevent bottles from tipping over during transportation.
4. Equipped with a bottle jam detector, it automatically shuts down and alarms when a bottle gets stuck.
5. There is a bottle free detector installed to send a working signal to the elevator, which will automatically replenish the bottles.
6. There is a photoelectric switch installed on the bottle conveying duct to control the start and stop of the bottle sorting machine.
