Working Principle:
The powerful motor of the laboratory homogenizer emulsifier rotates at high speed to create a vacuum between the rotor and stator, and materials enter from the upper and lower parts of the rotor and stator. The powerful kinetic energy of the rotor generates a high linear velocity, causing objects to undergo strong collisions, crushing, centrifugal squeezing, liquid layer friction, and strong shearing between the rotor and stator barriers before flying out. Under the action of various forces in different directions, strong turbulence is generated. Under appropriate emulsifiers and mature processes, the material hopper undergoes repeated cycles of depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement, and shearing for a certain period of time to produce a stable emulsion.
Application scope:
Specially designed for pilot testing, simulated production, and small-scale factory production, suitable for the dispersion, emulsification, and homogenization of product materials in industries such as biology, medicine, food, coatings, inks, textile auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricants, pesticides, etc.
