In addition to the problems that have been discovered and solved in the practical process, there are also some unresolved issues that are briefly described as follows :
Problem 1: The shaft seal of the reaction kettle is not tightly sealed. As the integrated machine is a purchased and installed equipment in the later stage, the pressure design of the reaction kettle was not carried out in the early design stage. As a result, after the later transformation, the sealing of the dynamic seal of the reaction kettle was not tight, which affected the pressurization process of the reaction kettle and had a certain impact on the normal operation of the reaction kettle stirring blade.
Problem 2: The discharge pipeline of the integrated machine is relatively long, with a large vertical drop between the inlet and outlet of the pipeline, and the outlet of the integrated machine is at a low position. Under the action of the filtrate in the pipeline, the resistance at the outlet of the integrated machine increases, which is not conducive to the filtration process, prolongs the filtration time, and affects the smooth progress of production. At the same time, it is easy to cause extremely small particles to deposit and block the pipeline at the outlet of the integrated machine.
Problem 3: The manual discharge valve of the integrated machine must be opened and cleaned after each pot of integrated machine is completed, otherwise silver powder will adhere to the inner wall, causing the valve to fail to seal tightly and posing a risk of leakage. This step involves a large amount of operation and may result in a small amount of ammonia gas escaping during the operation. The local ammonia concentration is high, causing environmental pollution and having a certain impact on on-site operators.
Regarding the issue1、2The problem needs to be solved through design. The preliminary idea is to design the reaction kettle, integrated machine, and rear liquid pit into a three-level structure with upper, middle, and lower parts, so that the reaction kettle can discharge liquid to the integrated machine and the integrated machine can discharge liquid to the rear liquid pit without significant resistance during the process. At the same time, it can reduce the air pressure required for production and meet the usage needs of the existing reaction kettle.
Regarding the issue3Due to the need to ensure the tightness of the seal, after a period of communication with the manufacturer, we have not yet found a good valve structure that can solve the problem of tightness and facilitate switch cleaning. The preliminary idea is to add a water pipe near the discharge port and equip it with a high-pressure water gun. After each discharge is completed, the high-pressure water gun sprays water to wash away the silver powder attached to the inner wall of the valve pipeline. Then, the valve can be closed to solve the problem of needing to remove screws and open the valve every time to clean up the silver powder.

Therefore, how to reduce the ammonia emission during the filtration process and reduce the moisture content in coarse silver powder has become a key problem that needs to be solved.
