Usage:

1. ConnectNumber of single disksFilm machinePower supply, adjust the vibration level as needed (already adjusted before leaving the factory, users generally do not need to adjust it), and adjust the speed of several discs.

2. Insert capsules or tablets (capsule molds are different from tablet molds, depending on user needs), turn on the vibration motor switch and adjust the amplitude to fill the holes in the counting plate within the required time.

The amount of filling should be an integer multiple of the number of holes in the counting plate. For example, if 200 pieces/bottle are needed and the number of holes in the counting plate is 100, then for each bottle filled, the counting plate needs to rotate 2 times

1. Capsules or pills should not work after being exposed to moisture.

2. The counting disk should not be heavily pressed, otherwise it cannot work properly.

3. To adjust the vibration level, first remove the upper disc and cover, gently rotate the pulley, and observe the position of the adjustment hole of the eccentric seat at the waist hole in the middle of the bearing seat. After seeing the hole, fix the central axis with pliers, and insert a round steel smaller than the aperture into the hole to adjust the eccentricity. The eccentricity cannot be adjusted too much, otherwise it will cause several discs to collide with the enclosure, affecting several discs.

4. After using the machine, the power should be cut off. If the power is not cut off, it will affect the service life of the governor.

5. Choose a disc that matches the required number of tablets or capsules, neither too large nor too small.

6. Replace several discs: remove the 4 fixing bolts of the enclosure and remove them; Remove the M12 cap on the top of the spindle, and then remove the cover and several discs in sequence. Install in reverse order and pay attention to adjusting the distance between the retaining ring on the enclosure and the several discs (about 1mm, without colliding with each other).
