During the evaporation period, there is a density difference between the gas-liquid mixture in the heat exchange tube and the non boiling sewage on the circulation tube side, which causes the sewage to form a circulating flow between the heat exchanger and the separator, improving the scaling condition of the sewage on the inner wall of the heat exchange tube.

Principle:

The MVR evaporation process is a mechanical equipment steam compression process, which refers to the use of a refrigeration compressor to shrink the secondary steam (low temperature, low working pressure, etc.) generated during the entire evaporation process (such as water evaporation and distillation), increase its temperature and working pressure, and use it again as the raw material that must be evaporated for heating, thereby achieving the purpose of utilizing steam in the circulation system and eliminating the need for additional steam during the evaporation process; A high-efficiency, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly approach that uses a small amount of electromagnetic energy to obtain more energy and reduce the demand for external power sources in the system.
