summary:
The DDZY1618 series rail mounted energy meter is a new generation of miniature energy meters developed by our company based on years of professional experience in energy meter research and design, using internationally advanced chips and technologies. While ensuring quality and stability, it also has the advantages of small size and easy installation (using DIN35mm rail installation). This electric energy meter adopts LCD display, which can set parameters such as clock and time rate, and has the function of indicating and outputting electric energy pulses. It can exchange data with the upper computer and equipment through RS485 communication interface, greatly facilitating the automation management of electricity consumption. It can be widely used in distributed or dense power distribution installations such as intelligent buildings, shopping malls, schools, street lamps, charging piles, airports, ports, and factories for electric energy management. This series of watches has extremely high accuracy and good anti electromagnetic interference performance, and all technical indicators comply with GB/T
National and industry standards such as 17215.321-2008 and GB/T 17215.301-2007.

Main functions:
1. Electricity metering
a) It has the function of measuring positive and negative active electrical energy.
b) Equipped with time-sharing metering function; Active electrical energy should be accumulated and stored separately for peak, off peak, off peak, and off peak periods, as well as the total electrical energy; The decimal place of electric energy during communication is fixed to 2 decimal places according to the standard DL/T 645-2007 Multi functional Electric Energy Meter Communication Protocol.
2. Clock
The built-in hardware clock circuit with temperature compensation function is adopted, and strict protection measures are taken for the clock in the energy meter to ensure its correctness. The accuracy of the clock within the temperature range of -25 ℃ to+55 ℃ is ≤ 0.5S/d.Within 100 years, it has functions such as calendar, timing, and leap year automatic switching.
3. Rate and Time Period
1) Rate number: When programming, the rate number is used to indicate the operating rate of the energy meter. Rate numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4 are displayed as sharp, peak, flat, and valley.
2) Rate Number: Refers to the maximum number of rate numbers that can be switched by the energy meter. Users can set it as needed. The default is 4
3) Daily time slot table: The 1-14 time slots of each day can be combined with 1-4 rates as needed to form a daily time slot table (or seasonal rate). Up to 8 sets can be set.
4. Settlement function
The electric energy measurement data and time-sharing data of this instrument not only save the current data, but also store the historical data from January to December. The 'month' of this function refers to the settlement period, which can be set by setting the settlement date to set the settlement period of the instrument. The setting method can be found in DL/T
Related standards of 645-2007 Multi functional Energy Meter Communication Protocol. When the system clock of the instrument is the same as the set settlement time, the meter performs cross month settlement and stores the electricity of this month into the previous month.
If the electricity meter loses power and crosses the settlement date, the meter will undergo cross month settlement after being powered on. But after 12 months or more, the electricity meter will not be subject to supplementary settlement. Data from this month and the previous 12 months can be copied through RS485.
5. Programming and timing functions
When setting up an electric energy meter, in addition to pressing the programming switch to "programming allowed", a programming password is also required. Three consecutive incorrect password inputs during programming are invalid, and the programming function of the energy meter is locked for 24 hours.
1) The timing of the electric energy meter can be calibrated through the RS485 communication interface. In addition to broadcasting timing, timing must be carried out under programming permission.
2) Broadcast timing does not require programming buttons and passwords, and is only allowed once a day. The acceptable range of broadcast timing for the energy meter is no more than 5 minutes. When the calibration time is greater than 5 minutes, the energy meter can only be calibrated on site. Around 0:00 every day, the electricity meter does not respond to the broadcast clock.
6. Measurement function
An electric meter can measure, record, and display operational parameters such as voltage, current, power, and power factor of the current energy meter. The measurement error (citation error) shall not exceed ± 1%.
Power: It can only be measured when the current is greater than the starting current, with a refresh time of 1 second. The measurement range is 0.1% Pb,~Pmax. among which,
Pb represents the rated active or reactive power, and Pmax represents the maximum active or reactive power. The minimum resolution for power measurement is 0.0001, with units of kW or kvar, and the measurement error (reference error) does not exceed ± 1%. Display with 4 decimal places. The highest digit of the power data represents the direction+
Represents input, - represents output, with a value range of 0.0000 to 79.9999. The specific definition of direction can be found in Appendix D of DL/T 645-2007 Multi functional Energy Meter Communication Protocol.
Voltage: Effective value, refresh time is 1 second. Measurement range: 80% -120% Un, minimum measurement resolution: 0.1V, measurement error (reference error) not exceeding ± 1%, displayed with one decimal place.
Current: Effective value, refresh time is 1 second. Current measurement range: 1 ‰ Ib Imax, minimum resolution of current measurement 0.001A, measurement error (reference error) not exceeding ± 1%, displayed with 3 decimal places. The highest digit of the current data represents the direction+
Represents input, - represents output, with a value range of 0.000A to 799.999A. The direction is consistent with the direction of active power, refer to DL/T
Appendix D of 645-2007 Multi functional Energy Meter Communication Protocol.
Power factor: Measurement with a minimum resolution of 0.001. Display with 3 decimal places. The highest bit of the power factor data represents the direction,+represents the input, - represents the output, and the value range is 0.000-1.000. The direction is consistent with the direction of active power, refer to Appendix D of DL/T 645-2007 Multi functional Energy Meter Communication Protocol.
7. Communication function
The communication function of the energy meter includes one RS485 communication connection and one ZigBee wireless communication (optional); The RS485 communication interface and the internal circuit of the energy meter are electrically isolated, with a fail safe circuit. The communication baud rate can be set, with standard rates of 1200bps, 2400bps, 4800bps, and 9600bps; The default RS485 interface is 2400bps; The communication protocol of RS485 communication interface adopts DL/T645-20078.
