Requirements for sludge carbonization process:
1. Drying at a constant speed, avoiding clumping, with uniform particle size, the temperature should not be too high, preferably below 580 degrees, and the drying time should not exceed 30 minutes in principle.
2. Uniform heating and roasting to ensure consistent carbonization inside and outside;
3. High temperature: Under the action of high temperature, some organic matter undergoes depolymerization, forming volatile gases that are released;
4. Low oxygen: During high-temperature treatment, limited combustion is achieved by limiting the oxygen supply;
5. End carbonization after cooling to avoid heat accumulation.

The sludge carbonization machine has shown significant performance in purifying sewage and deodorizing sludge, solving environmental problems, water pollution problems, and resource reuse issues. The advantages of sludge carbonization equipment are mainly reflected in the following five aspects:
1. This device can not only process sludge from lakes and other water bodies, but also carbonize common materials such as household waste and waste lines that are currently impossible to recycle and reuse.
