The sludge carbonization machine can effectively dry and carbonize the sludge in the water area, and the smoke during the production process is not discharged to the outside. The carbonized sludge has no odor. Customers who need to visit the site can call 400-0598-956.

Requirements for sludge carbonization process:

1. Drying at a constant speed, avoiding clumping, with uniform particle size, the temperature should not be too high, preferably below 580 degrees, and the drying time should not exceed 30 minutes in principle.

2. Uniform heating and roasting to ensure consistent carbonization inside and outside;

3. High temperature: Under the action of high temperature, some organic matter undergoes depolymerization, forming volatile gases that are released;

4. Low oxygen: During high-temperature treatment, limited combustion is achieved by limiting the oxygen supply;

5. End carbonization after cooling to avoid heat accumulation.

The sludge carbonization machine has shown significant performance in purifying sewage and deodorizing sludge, solving environmental problems, water pollution problems, and resource reuse issues. The advantages of sludge carbonization equipment are mainly reflected in the following five aspects:

1. This device can not only process sludge from lakes and other water bodies, but also carbonize common materials such as household waste and waste lines that are currently impossible to recycle and reuse.

2. After being processed by the water carbonization machine workstation, permeable bricks for urban roads can be made by the charcoal powder forming mechanism, without any odor or other unpleasant odors.

3. This equipment has a wide processing range and can also be used for the processing of agricultural waste materials such as straw, rice husks, fruit shells, tobacco leaves, etc. after peat conversion is completed.

4. The upper layer of the equipment does not require an additional heat source for drying, only utilizing waste heat and smoke. Only the carbonization cost needs to be calculated, and the combustion value heat utilization rate can reach over 85%.

5. The sludge carbonization system operates with small smoke throughout the process, which is harmless and does not have an impact on the environment, ensuring that the smoke emissions meet national standards.
