In response to the poor compatibility between the three screw cap and the glass bottle mouth, our engineers have specially designed a rotary cap method of first reverse rotation and then forward rotation. This way, our rotary cap qualification rate can reach over 99.9%. If there is no bottle, the corresponding valve remains closed. After filling is completed, the bottle lifting mechanism descends, and the filled beverage is sent to the capping machine for capping through the filling bottle star wheel. The capped beverage bottles are transported by the star wheel to the bottle discharge conveyor belt.

1. Smooth top cover with no card or reverse cover, automatic stop when fully covered, automatic top cover when missing or insufficient, unable to remove the cover, and smooth screwing of the cover.

2. The sealing screw cap has no milk leakage and can achieve a sealing torque of 10N-20N. The torque can be adjusted.

3. The bottle splitter and imported star wheel are too smooth and do not drop or get stuck.

4. The imported star wheel and anti cleaning over clamp the bottle smoothly without dropping it.

5. Align the cleaning nozzle with the center of the bottle mouth and ensure sufficient water flow.

6. Canned milk does not leak, each canning head liquid level meets the requirements, does not bubble, and the filling machine has a complete machine spray flushing device that can be manually rinsed with boiling water; Before capping, there is a bottle mouth cleaning spray to ensure that water does not spray into the bottle, but it can rinse off any milk residue from the bottle mouth.
