According to the principle of mechanical extrusion granulation process, the prepared dry powder or fine crystal raw materials with a certain amount of crystal water are extruded into thin sheets, and then processed through the granulation system and screened into particles of the desired size. Raw materials can be manually or vacuum fed into the hopper, transported and compressed by vertically placed feeding screws, and pushed to the bite angle of two extrusion rollers; Squeezing raw materials into thin sheets through horizontally placed rollers (the speed of the rollers determines the duration of the material's stay in the roller pressing zone); The pressure required for the material is linearly transmitted to the pressure roller through a hydraulic device, and the vertically arranged pressure rollers can ensure the density of the material. This machine is easy to install, disassemble, and clean.

According to different particle size requirements, the mesh size of the sieve in the equipment granulation system can be replaced with each other. Directly transforming powder raw materials into granular products that meet user requirements, without the need for any intermediates or additives. After granulation, the product has uniform particle size, significantly increased packing density, improved flowability, controlled dust flying, reduced powder waste, easy storage and transportation, and can control solubility, porosity, and specific surface area. advantage:

This machine consists of feeding mechanism, tablet pressing mechanism, hydraulic mechanism, frame, and electrical control components. The feeding, tablet pressing, and granulation are all controlled by variable frequency stepless speed regulation, and the oil pump pressure can be adjusted. The fineness of the finished product can be obtained by replacing different mesh screens. Improving the granulation cage has increased the yield of granules. This machine is easy to install, disassemble, and clean, and all parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel. The product meets GMP requirements. The material is fed into the top feeding funnel, and is forcibly squeezed into flakes by two pressure wheels before entering the lower granulation chamber. In the granulation chamber, the flake like material is crushed by the granulation blade and then enters the whole granulation chamber until the particles are smaller than or equal to the mesh size. The particles are then sieved through the mesh and transferred to the material tray. The required particle size can be determined by adjusting the mesh size.
