2. Main features of spray dryer for laboratory:

3) Full automatic control: one button startup, after setting spray process parameters, the temperature reaches the preset temperature, the peristaltic pump starts automatically, the touch screen displays the running animation, and the running process is clearly displayed; When shutting down, simply press the stop button and the machine will automatically shut down safely.

5) Equipped with a nozzle cleaner (needle), it will automatically clear when the nozzle is blocked, and the frequency of needle passing can be automatically adjusted.

10) The design of drying temperature control adopts real-time PID constant temperature control technology, which enables accurate temperature control in the entire temperature range and heating temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃.

12) The feeding amount can be adjusted by the feeding peristaltic pump, and the maximum small sample volume can reach 80ml.

14) For viscous materials, there is a nozzle cleaner (through needle) that automatically clears the nozzle when it is blocked, and the frequency of the through needle can be adjusted automatically.
