Small vacuum diaphragm valve

Vacuum diaphragm valves are used to connect or cut off the flow of media in vacuum (pressure) system pipelines. Vacuum pressure diaphragm valves are applied in the fields of vacuum, dairy products, wine industry, biotechnology, food, pharmaceuticals, beverages, cosmetics, and chemical engineering. A high vacuum diaphragm valve uses a valve stem to directly press a rubber film onto the valve seat, used to shut off or connect the vacuum system. The vacuum diaphragm valve adopts connection forms such as loose flange connection, quick release flange connection, and welded connection. Welded connections can be divided into welded Type I connections (i.e. welded at both ends) and welded Type II connections (i.e. welded at one end and inserted at the other end). The working medium suitable for vacuum diaphragm valves is air and non corrosive gases.

Vacuum diaphragm valve is a vacuum valve designed and developed by Mingfu Vacuum Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. for connecting or disconnecting vacuum systems. The welded vacuum diaphragm valve is an ideal accessory in lithium bromide refrigeration equipment. The applicable medium for high vacuum diaphragm valves is air and non corrosive gases. The standard for connecting flanges shall be in accordance with GB6070 or GB4982, and can also be a welding type for connecting pipes.

Characteristics of oneself

(1) Suitable for corrosive, viscous, and slurry media.

(2) Cannot be used in high-pressure situations.

(3) Low fluid resistance.

(4) Can be used for media containing hard suspended solids; Due to the fact that the medium only comes into contact with the valve body and diaphragm, there is no need for a stuffing box, and there is no problem of stuffing box leakage, which may cause corrosion to the valve stem.

Installation and Maintenance

① Before installing the diaphragm valve, carefully check whether the operating conditions of the pipeline are consistent with the specified range of use of this valve, and clean the inner cavity to prevent dirt from blocking or damaging the sealing components.

② Do not apply grease on the rubber lining layer and rubber diaphragm surface to prevent rubber swelling and affect the service life of the diaphragm valve.

③ Handwheels or transmission mechanisms are not allowed for lifting purposes and collisions are strictly prohibited.

④ When manually operating the diaphragm valve, auxiliary levers should not be used to prevent excessive torque from damaging the driving components or sealing parts.

⑤ Diaphragm valves should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and stacking is strictly prohibited. The channels at both ends of inventory diaphragm valves must be sealed, and the opening and closing components should be in a slightly open state.
