Working principle

The vacuum drying oven is designed specifically for drying heat sensitive, easily decomposable, and oxidizable substances. It can be filled with inert gas inside, especially for items with complex components that can be quickly dried.

Box Structure

The design of the vacuum drying oven is perfect, and the box body is processed and formed by CNC machine tools.

The inner chamber of the test box is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the outer shell is treated with A3 plate spray coating, which is more smooth and beautiful.

The circuit system side adopts a gate opening, which is convenient for maintenance and inspection.

The tightness of the box door closure can be adjusted, and the silicone rubber door sealing ring formed as a whole ensures high vacuum inside the box.

Storage, heating, testing, and drying are all carried out in an environment without oxygen or filled with inert gas, so they will not oxidize.

The temperature controller of the vacuum drying oven adopts touch buttons, digital LED display, and PID intelligent control instrument; Pt100 platinum resistance temperature sensor;
