(2) Dehydration: The concentrated sludge moves forward continuously with the rotation of the screw shaft; Along the direction of the mud cake outlet, the pitch of the spiral shaft gradually decreases, the gap between rings also gradually decreases, and the volume of the spiral cavity continues to shrink; Under the action of the back pressure plate at the outlet, the operating principle of the internal pressure driven biological turntable gradually strengthens. Under the continuous operation of the spiral drive shaft, the water in the sludge is squeezed and discharged, and the solid content of the filter cake continues to increase, achieving continuous dewatering of the sludge.
(3) Self cleaning: The rotation of the spiral shaft drives the moving ring to continuously rotate, and the equipment relies on the movement between the fixed ring and the moving ring to achieve a continuous self-cleaning process, thus cleverly avoiding the common problem of blockage in traditional dehydrators.
Process Description
Sludge tank: Because the amount of flocculant added during the installation and operation of the basket style grille is in a fixed proportion, a low sludge concentration will result in the waste of flocculant, while a high sludge concentration will not effectively flocculate and affect the dewatering effect.
Dosing pump: The function of the dosing pump is to transport the dissolved polymer flocculant to the flocculation mixing tank of the dewatering machine. The amount of polymer flocculant added can be calculated based on the processing capacity of the dewatering machine's dry sludge, the flocculant addition rate, and the dilution ratio.
A T-type dissolution and dosing device: The working principle of a sand water separator is to dilute the polymer flocculant into a flocculant solution, and its required capacity should be slightly greater than the standard delivery capacity of the dosing pump. Its advantage is that as long as a sufficient amount of flocculant powder is prepared, it can automatically add water and medicine. It is relatively easy to achieve long-term unmanned operation of the dehydrator. Moreover, the concentration of the configured flocculant eliminates the interference of human factors and is relatively stable. There is an automatic infusion device on site that can continue to be used.
Inlet screw pump: The function of the inlet screw pump is to continuously transport the sludge from the sludge tank to the dewatering machine. Screw pumps should be selected with adjustable flow rates to ensure a quantitative flow of sludge into the dewatering machine without considering overflow. Calculate the sludge conveying capacity per unit time based on the dry sludge treatment capacity of the dewatering machine and the actual concentration of sludge.

There is a stirring motor in the flocculation mixing tank, which mainly mixes and stirs the sludge flowing in from the metering tank with the flocculant input through the dosing pump aquaculture microfiltration equipment. The stirring motor can be controlled by a frequency converter to change the stirring speed. If the speed is too slow, the sludge and flocculant cannot be fully mixed to form alum flowers. If the speed is too fast, it is easy to crush the already formed alum flowers. There is also a liquid level gauge installed in the mixing tank. When the dewatering machine cannot process the sludge in time, the liquid level in the mixing tank will gradually rise. When the liquid level reaches a high level, the automatic system will automatically shut down the mud pump and dosing pump until the liquid level drops to a low level, at which point the mud pump and dosing pump will restart. There is a sewage pipe below the flocculation mixing tank, which is controlled by a spherical valve. When the sludge dewatering machine is running, the valve is closed, and the spherical valve is only opened when cleaning the flocculation mixing tank. Stacked screw body: The main body of the stacked screw sludge dewatering machine is a filtering device composed of fixed rings and moving rings that are stacked on top of each other, as well as a spiral shaft that runs through them. The front half of the main body is the concentration section, which concentrates the sludge through the action of gravity; The latter half is the dehydration section, which generates internal pressure due to changes in the wheelbase of the screw shaft and the action of the back pressure plate, achieving the effect of dehydration. The working principle of the fiberglass T-type pump station with a spiral shaft can be adjusted for dynamic speed through a frequency converter. When the speed of the spiral shaft is slowed down, the retention time of sludge in the main body of the stacked screw increases, the moisture content of the resulting sludge cake decreases, and the amount of sludge cake produced decreases; When the speed of the spiral shaft is increased, the retention time of sludge in the main body of the stacked screw becomes shorter, the moisture content of the resulting sludge cake increases, and the amount of sludge cake produced increases. Meanwhile, the processing capacity and moisture content of the mud cake can also be adjusted by adjusting the back pressure plate. When the gap between the back pressure plates is adjusted, the resistance applied to the advancing sludge in the spiral shaft increases, the moisture content of the resulting sludge cake decreases, and the processing capacity also decreases; When the gap between the back pressure plates is increased, the resistance applied to the advancing sludge in the spiral shaft decreases, the moisture content of the resulting sludge cake increases, and the processing capacity also increases accordingly. Moreover, the spiral shaft drives the floating ring to timely discharge the sludge trapped in the filter slot, with self-cleaning ability to prevent the filter slot from clogging. There is a spray device above the stacking screw body. In automatic operation, the solenoid valve can be opened or closed according to the set time for irregular spraying to maintain the beauty of the dewatering machine. There are edge covers on both sides of the stacking screw body to prevent mud and water from splashing out. The solid-liquid separation is carried out through the stacking screw body, and the filtrate is discharged from the filter gap formed by the fixed ring and the moving ring, collected in the filtrate recovery tank, and refluxed to the raw water tank. Electric control cabinet: The stacked screw sludge dewatering machine is equipped with an electric control cabinet. In addition to controlling the internal operation of the dewatering machine, it can also be linked with the liquid level gauge of the sludge tank, two sludge inlet pumps, two dosing pumps, one sludge cake conveying device, and soaking device according to customer requirements to achieve automatic operation of the dewatering machine.
