The suspension material is pumped into each sealed filter chamber of the filter machine. Under pressure, the filtrate passes through the filter layer and filter cloth, and is discharged through the outlet of the filter cloth. The filter residue remains in the filter frame to form a filter cake, thus achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation.

Due to the use of a threaded structure, the filter plate of this machine can be replaced with different filter materials according to the requirements of different production processes (primary filtration, semi fine filtration, fine filtration) of the filtered liquid (directly using a microporous membrane can achieve sterile filtration without going through a microporous membrane filter). Users can also reduce or increase the number of filter frames and plates according to the production flow, making them suitable for production needs.

All sealing parts of this machine are equipped with sealing rings (milky white silicone rubber sealing rings, non-toxic and high temperature resistant), which have no leakage and good sealing performance.

This machine operates under pressure and sealed filtration, with no loss of liquid material. Good liquid clarity and fungicide (using medium speed filter paper and microporous membrane for optimal fungicidal effect).

This machine can also be specially designed with an automatic reflux channel according to user needs. After the pump stops rotating, the reflux valve (with air release function) is opened to automatically reflux and discharge all deposited materials. When filtering high viscosity liquid, it can ensure smooth flow of the liquid and automatically reflux and discharge various impurities. Simultaneously, use clean water to backwash the filter material from the reflux channel for temporary cleaning and convenience.

The pump and input pipe of this machine are connected by a three fold snap ring, which is firmly sealed and easy to disassemble and clean.
