The structure principle of GQ75 tube centrifuge: The centrifuge is composed of a body, a transmission system, a drum, a collection tray, and an inlet bearing seat. The material is injected into the high-speed rotating drum through the bottom inlet, and the drum with the animal material high-speed rotating lip forms a strong centrifugal force field, causing the material liquid to flow upward along the inner wall of the drum. Structure and Working Principle

The separator consists of a body, a transmission system, a drum, a collection tray, and an inlet bearing seat.

The material is injected into the high-speed rotating drum through the bottom inlet, and the drum with the animal material high-speed rotating lip forms a strong centrifugal force field, causing the material liquid to flow upward along the inner wall of the drum. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the material liquid separates due to its density difference.

GQ type: Solid particles with high density gradually deposit on the inner wall of the drum to form a sediment layer, which is manually discharged after shutdown. The clarified liquid phase flows to the discharge port on the upper part of the drum and is discharged.

The electric motor is connected to a large pulley, which transmits power to the flexible spindle through a belt, tensioner, and small pulley, and drives the drum to rotate clockwise at high speed.

The separation factor is the main indicator for measuring the separation performance of a centrifuge. The larger the Fr value, the greater the driving force for centrifugal separation, and the better the separation performance. Increasing the drum speed is more effective in increasing Fr than increasing the drum diameter. But the improvement of separation factor is not unlimited. For a certain diameter drum, the limit value of Fr depends on the strength of the drum material. After the suspension is added to the drum, the solid particles move radially under the action of centrifugal force, while also moving axially with the liquid. Generally, the particle size of the solid particles in the suspension is highly dispersed, and the settling velocity of the particles with the smallest particle size is the smallest. Therefore, it is the main factor controlling the separation effect.
