Function Overview:

The intelligent CNC pipe bending machine series products are currently the leader in pipe bending machine products. This CNC pipe bending machine has multi axis servo motor control and multi-layer mold structure design functions. The technical drawings of this intelligent CNC pipe bending machine product are designed by GBEMA Bema Company in Italy. It is a high-end intelligent CNC pipe bending machine that uses industrial computers and specialized software technology for CNC pipe bending machines, and applies multi axis servo motors and servo hydraulic drives. It has automatic feeding, automatic material transfer, and automatic mold change functions. It can automatically read drawings, automatically edit and modify process files, and has advanced functions such as automatic correction of rebound data and automatic correction of extension data. The robot pipe bending machine, which cooperates with robots, can automatically load and unload materials, automatically detect pipe fittings, and automatically reverse modify process files and processing programs based on detection results. The CNC pipe bending machine also has advanced functions such as automatic fault diagnosis, 3D pipe display and demonstration, virtual machining simulation of pipe fittings, and 3D interference detection. It is the preferred equipment for cold bending processing of pipe fittings in aerospace, automotive, locomotive, motorcycle, ship, petrochemical, power, natural gas, nuclear industry, boiler, vehicle, fitness equipment, sports goods and other industries. Structural composition:

The CNC pipe bending machine consists of a body, a machine head, a rotating arm, a feeding trolley, a core rod device, an auxiliary pushing device, a mold changing device, a material supporting device, etc.

Equipment features:

1. The CNC pipe bending machine is a highly intelligent and automated pipe bending equipment controlled by industrial computers, and its bending process is pull bending or pull bending+push bending.
2. Multiple bending radius bending dies can be installed simultaneously to achieve automatic processing of multiple different bending radius.
3. Adopting a human-machine interface dialogue based operation, all parameter data can be input through the touch screen, and bendability judgment can be performed.
4. Remote fault diagnosis and provincial-level maintenance functions can be carried out through the network service mode of server database.
5. The control system has complete interference detection and self-protection functions, and an alarm message is triggered to prompt the operator in case of interference.
6. Interference inspection software can check the mutual interference of multiple key parts of the CNC pipe bending machine.
7. Design a core rod device that allows for the selection of core or coreless bending on the control system interface.
8. The bending pipe data can be directly inputted with X, Y, and Z three-dimensional coordinate values, or inputted according to the actual processing values of Y, B, and C.
9. Equipped with automatic editing function for program images.
10. The maximum bending program memory capacity and the number of editable bends per group are not limited.
11. Equipped with power-off memory function, data can be permanently saved.
12. After the program is edited and saved, it can be directly saved or renamed as another program.

14. There are two feeding methods: pinch feeding and direct feeding.

18. Each bend can be set with the same or different movements of the feeding, returning, and rotating axes to avoid interference points and improve production efficiency.
19. The interference positions of the wheel mold and guide mold of the CNC pipe bending machine can be set to avoid machine collision failures.
When the input rotation angle is negative, the rotation axis can automatically rotate in the opposite direction.
21. There is an automatic oil lubrication function for the core rod, which can be activated or deactivated by software selection.
22. It can directly generate 3D stereoscopic images using input pipe data and simulate the pipe forming process, preview the pipe forming graphics.
