Production process flow:

Suppository shell forming

The rolled packaging material (PVC/PE composite film) is fed into the forming area through a clamping mechanism, preheated by a mold, heated by a mold, formed by a mold, blown by an air mold, and then formed by blowing bubbles.

Embedded filling is used to fill molded suppositories in one go, with a filling accuracy of ± 2%. The filling material bucket is equipped with an electric heating and insulation system, and the top is equipped with a stirring motor to keep the medication in a uniform state. The medication in the bucket enters the filling head through a high-precision filling pump, and after one filling, the remaining medication is circulated to the raw material bucket through the other end for the next filling.

Cooling and shaping

The whole row of filled suppositories enters the cooling box, which is equipped with a chiller unit on the outside. The cooling air cools the suppositories in the cooling box through the condenser in the cooling box.

Tail cutting

The cooled solid suppository enters the sealing area: preheating mold (preheating) → sealing mold (sealing) → coding mold (batch number) → rolling cutter (trimming the top) → counting and cutting.
