1、 Working principle:
The colloid mill relies on a pair of conical teeth and fixed teeth to move relative to each other, causing the material to be subjected to shear, friction, impact pressure, stirring, and high-frequency oscillation through adjustable gaps to achieve crushing, dispersion, homogenization, and emulsification.

This colloid mill consists of a machine base, grinding body, electric motor, pulley, and belt. There is an electric control box on the machine base (if using a variable speed motor, the electric control box has a simple structure, light weight, small footprint, low noise, and does not require a foundation to work).

This colloid mill must be powered on first to allow the rotating teeth to run idle before feeding the processed material.
When the colloid mill is finished, the processed materials must be emptied first, and then the power should be turned off after shutdown.
The motor must maintain clockwise rotation!
