1、 The TXB7N-63 high breaking miniature circuit breaker is a new type of circuit breaker developed and manufactured by multiple technical personnel from Taixi Electric after a long period of exploration, combined with the requirements of the current power grid and power equipment. This product has dual protection characteristics for overload and circuit breaking, and the arc extinguishing structure is different from the DZ47 type circuit breaker. The new circuit breaker has advanced structure, fast arc initiation, short arc ignition, reliable performance, high breaking capacity, and compact appearance. The housing and three components are made of impact resistant and highly flame-retardant materials. Suitable for places with AC 50Hz or 60Hz, rated voltage below 230V/400V, and rated current below 63A power line facilities. This product is mainly used for overload and short circuit protection of lighting, distribution lines, and equipment in office buildings, residential buildings, and similar structures. 1、 Scope of application

3、 Normal working conditions

The upper limit of the surrounding air temperature shall not exceed plus forty degrees Celsius; The lower limit generally does not exceed minus five degrees Celsius. When using under conditions above positive 40 degrees Celsius or below negative 5 degrees Celsius, contact Taixi Electric Technology Department.
The altitude of the installation site generally does not exceed two thousand meters.
The air is clean, and at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius, the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 50%.
Higher relative humidity is allowed after class at lower temperatures, for example, at a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius, the relative humidity can reach 90%.
It should be noted that due to temperature changes, moderate condensation may occasionally occur, and appropriate measures should be taken (such as drainage holes).
The circuit breaker is installed vertically, with an inclination of no more than 5% from the vertical plane.
A place without significant shaking or impact vibration.
If installed inside a closed protective enclosure and multiple units are installed closely together, the capacity reduction factor should be selected from 0.7 to 0.8. For metal protective enclosures, a high value can be used, and for all plastic protective enclosures, a low value can be used!


4、 Structural features

The shell is made of flame-retardant and arc resistant high-strength new plastic, with good impact strength and flame retardant performance. The contact system adopts an electric repulsion structure, which has a significant current limiting effect and greatly improves the segmentation ability of the circuit breaker. The release adopts a screw type electromagnetic release, with accurate and stable setting current. Multi pole products are assembled from single poles.

5、 Structural description

TXB7NNew type of miniature circuit breakerThe main contact is manually operated or electrically closed. After the main contact is closed, the free release mechanism locks the main contact in the closed position. The coil of the overcurrent release and the thermal element of the thermal release are connected in series with the main circuit, while the coil of the undervoltage release is connected in parallel with the power supply. When a short circuit or severe overload occurs in the circuit, the armature of the overcurrent release will engage, causing the free release mechanism to operate and the main contact to disconnect the main circuit. When the circuit is overloaded, the thermal element of the thermal release generates heat, causing the bimetallic strip to bend and pushing the free release mechanism to move. When the circuit is under voltage, the armature of the undervoltage release is released. Also enables the free release mechanism to operate. The shunt release is used for remote control. During normal operation, its coil is de energized. When distance control is required, the start button is pressed to energize the coil, and the armature drives the free release mechanism to operate, causing the main contact to disconnect.

8、 Choose and install

Modern household electricity should be wired separately for lighting circuits, power socket circuits, and air conditioning circuits. When one circuit (such as the socket circuit) fails, the other circuits can still supply power normally. The socket circuit must be equipped with a leakage protection device to prevent personal electric shock accidents caused by leakage of household appliances.
1. The main switch of the household distribution box is generally selected as a double pole 32-63A small circuit breaker or isolation switch.
2. The lighting circuit is generally equipped with 16-32A miniature circuit breakers.
3. Generally, 10-16A leakage protection circuit breakers are selected for socket circuits.
4. Generally, 16-25A miniature circuit breakers are selected for air conditioning circuits.
5. Adopting bipolar or 1P+N (live wire+neutral wire) dual line circuit breakers, when a short circuit or leakage fault occurs in the line, the live and neutral wires of the power supply are immediately cut off to ensure personal safety and the safety of electrical equipment.
