Advantages of the machine:
1. Laser etching is a dry etching process with a simple manufacturing process. All processing is automatically controlled by software, resulting in high product consistency and a yield rate of up to 99%.
2. Minimum etching line width of 20Mm. Support simultaneous etching of silver paste lines and ITO at once, easily achieving etching of single-layer multi-point capacitive screen sensor lines.
3. CCD visual automatic target finding, capable of processing 650mm in one go×550mm range, splicing accuracy≤±3Mｍ。
4. Supports multiple visual positioning features, with a single point capture time of less than 1 second for 5 million pixels, overcoming the problem of laser etching deviation caused by excessive printing deformation, and achieving high positioning accuracy≤±3Mｍ。
5. Laser etching machine operates for 50000 hours without consumables, requires no maintenance, has low operating costs, and can replace the yellow light process.
