During the cathodic (anodic) electrophoresis process, organic acids are continuously generated in the anodic (cathodic) region. If not removed in a timely manner, they will be carried into the tank solution, causing a decrease in pH value and affecting the permeability and coating performance. The tubular anode/cathode membranes provided by our company are made of high-strength seamless ion exchange membranes imported from the United States, which have high current resistance, low surface resistance, and can provide good electric field effect for a long time. During electrophoresis, it can effectively remove the acid generated during the electrophoresis process from the system, maintain the pH value of the tank solution within the specified range, and ensure the penetration depth and coating thickness of the workpiece.
