The ignition temperature tester is designed and manufactured based on the GB4610-2008 plastic hot air furnace method for flame retardant testing of plastic materials. It meets the requirements of GB4610-2008 and ISO871-2006 standards, and is used to assist in testing the combustion and flame retardant properties of plastic materials.

Test principle of DW-04 ignition temperature tester in GB4610-2008 version:

Turn on the temperature tester and conduct flame retardant testing on plastic materials during combustionIn the heating chamber of the hot air furnace, different heating patterns are used, and a small flame is used to directly ignite the escaping gas at the opening above the furnace to determine the flash temperature. The self ignition temperature is measured using the same method as the flash ignition temperature, but no flame is applied.

Technical Specifications

1. Customized ceramic tubes with an inner diameter of 100mm ± 5mm, a length of 240mm ± 20mm, and a temperature resistance of not less than 750 ℃;
