NASH TCTwo stage liquid ring vacuum pumpThe series provides highly reliable and efficient solutions for power, chemical, and petrochemical applications. TC pumps are designed to handle large amounts of liquid residues, providing reliable and durable performance for more demanding applications. Nine models are available, with a gas flow range of approximately 100 to 2200 ACFM (170 to 3700 m3/h) for TC pumps.
Specially designed for operation under harsh conditions
The TC two-stage liquid ring pump series is the second generation of two-stage pumps designed specifically for vacuum pumping in condensers. The vacuum degree of the integral two-stage impeller design can be as low as 0.8 inHgA (30 mbar abs), and the absolute pressure is about 40% lower than that of a single-stage pump.
TC liquid ring vacuum pump is used in the chemical, petrochemical, and power industries. The TC pump, with its integral two-stage rotor, can concentrate the steam generated by the process and recover or process it.
Conical port and rotor configuration
Nash's variable conical port design allows the compression force to counteract the weight of the rotor and shaft, thereby minimizing the operating load on the bearings. Variable ports optimize pump performance throughout the entire operating range. With continuous innovation, Nash's variable cone port design has the following characteristics:
Optional cam cleaning methods to minimize damage caused by erosion during work involving solids
Large pressure differential capability
GSV design can minimize gas leakage from the exhaust port to the inlet, thereby increasing capacity, especially in deep vacuum
High tolerance to liquid residues
Side discharge to minimize the possibility of full liquid start-up
Self suction design can eliminate the use of booster pumps in recirculation systems

TC provides outstanding performance and reliability through a proven and reliable conical liquid ring pump design. The rotor blades of TC are covered to improve strength and reliability.
Anti cavitation technology can be used for all TC models and can double the service life of the pump in operations that are prone to cavitation. The two-stage TC pump is designed to reduce the load on the bearings by applying opposite forces on the shaft due to pressure acting on each stage.
