Design essence - low working temperature, low production cost
The HMB crusher without a cooling system will not produce powder with a temperature exceeding 45 degrees Celsius during continuous operation, so for the vast majority of customers, it can save expensive and time-consuming cooling facilities.
Under the same conditions, the energy consumption is the lowest, and in general, the power consumption for obtaining one kilogram of ultrafine powder with a diameter of 12.5 μ m or less (over 1000 mesh) is less than 0.5 kWh; Due to its special mechanical design, the machine itself has minimal consumable consumption and is easy to maintain, which can significantly reduce production costs; Widely applicable - capable of meeting the needs of ultrafine powders in various industries
