• Higher throughput: 300 samples can be analyzed in a single day, reshaping the research throughput of large queues
The upgraded Astral quality analyzer can achieve a scanning speed of up to 270 Hz, combined with the Vanquish Neo UHPLC system and EASY Spray PepMap chromatographic column, identifying over 8200 proteomes from 200 ng Hela cell protease cut standards in a 4.8 minute gradient.
• Deeper coverage: Pre enrichment function improves sensitivity and protein coverage depth, aiding in further research in systems biology
By combining high-speed ion filters with curved traps, ion pre enrichment can be achieved. Combined with enhanced dynamic range (eDR) mode, a single injection can determine over 10000 proteomes and 200000 peptide segments, supporting more comprehensive protein sequence coverage and pathway annotation.
• Higher sensitivity: Enhanced low input mode and TMT HR mode improve the ability to analyze trace samples and promote high-throughput single-cell multi omics research
In low input mode, during LFQ DIA collection, over 6500 proteins can be identified from 250 pg of HeLa cell protease cleavage products, or an average of over 5800 proteins can be identified from HEK293F single cells. By using TMT Pro reagent for multiplex detection, high-throughput analysis of over 2000 single cells can be achieved in a single day, further improving the efficiency of single-cell proteomics research.
