Cleaning process: During cleaning, the object to be cleaned is first placed into the cleaning solution under normal pressure, and the cleaning solution penetrates into the fine or deep holes of the workpiece. Then, vacuum degassing treatment is carried out. During the process of reducing pressure and vacuuming, the dissolved small bubbles in the cleaning solution are promoted to expand in the fine holes with the decrease of air pressure, and then the dirt is carried out together. Then, under vacuum, the ultrasonic generator is started to use the good cleaning ability of ultrasonic waves in the degassed cleaning solution to remove dirt. Then start the circulation pump to circulate the cleaning solution under vacuum and remove dirt through the filter.
